Join us on Tuesday, June 25 for the next installment of our monthly Beer Dinners. In June we will once again be featuring Dogfish Head of Milton, Delaware. Founded in 1995 by Sam Calagione, Dogfish has quickly grown to producing 75,000 barrels of ‘off-centered ales’ annually. Sam appeared in a short running series on Discovery Channel call Brew Masters, which detailed the process, from conception to packaging of several of Dogfish Heads more popular brews. We are putting together and off-centered menu to pair with these wonderful beers, and we’re putting some local foragers to work as wild mushrooms will be our featured ingredient.
