Friend, distributor and homebrewer extraordinaire, Nick Simon, will be on-hand for this Tapping Event showcasing his team’s winning recipe brew, A La Minute, a Belgian-style Dark Ale brewed by Saugatuck Brewery.
Tasting Notes:
Amber to deep mahogany/ruby red in color, the beer starts off with a nut brown character in the aroma, develops into a rich yet soft dark fruit flavor, and finishes intentionally dry with a slight grassy and floral hop snap at the back. Body remains lighter and as the beer comes to temperature, it develops in its yeasty and fruity complexity.6.35%, 22 IBU
