Join us on Tuesday, May 13 as we team up with the Boston Beer Company of Boston, MA for a Seven Course Beer Dinner, each course paired with a craft beer from the Sam Adams portfolio. Founder Jim Koch has guided the brewery from an operation that started in his kitchen to becoming the largest craft brewery in the country producing 2 million barrels annually. While we’re leading off with their mainstay, Boston Lager, we’re relying heavily on the rest of their ‘craft focused’ lineup to round out the menu. Here’s what we’ll be preparing for you:
Welcome Beer
Boston Lager
House Cured Salmon Canape
Tasman Red IPA
Seafood Gumbo
Rebel IPA
Chicken Sauce Piquante
Grumpy Monk Belgian IPA
Shaved Catfish
Porch Rocker Radler
Crispy Beer Brined Pork Shank
Honey Queen Braggot
Tasso & Crab Stuffed Shrimp
Roggen Wolf Rye IPA
Blueberry Fool
Blueberry Hill Lager
As always, reservations are required. The cost of the dinner is $60 per person plus tax and gratuity. There is a ‘no beer’ option for $45. The regular menu will not be available. Click the link below for reservations.
