Heavy Seas Alehouse Arlington presents a beer tasting dinner in partnership with Heavy Seas Brewery. Executive Chef Matt Seeber will serve four courses highlighting seasonal summer ingredients and entrees reminiscent of the beach while founder of Heavy Seas Brewery, Hugh Sisson, pours four perfectly paired beers, including the recently released Red Sky at Night and Plank III.
1st course
North Carolina white shrimp stuffed with fresh picked Maryland blue crab, wrapped in hickory smoked duck prosciutto, with summer melon and locally made sharp cheddar
