The 2014 Beer Dinner Series at Rustico returns! On Monday, August 4th, we’re hosting Schlafly and have an entire menu with pairings from Saisons to Barleywines lined up. Here’s what’s in store:

12-Hour Pork Sandwich – Dry Rubbed Pork Shoulder, Arcadia Center for Sustainable Food & Agriculture Farm Pickles, Toasted Oats
