Why turn water into wine when you can turn it into beer! Join Eataly’s La Birreria head brewer, Fred Avila, as we explore the alchemy of beer at La Scuola di Eataly. With the right proportions of grains, hops, and yeast, Fred will discuss each step of the brewing process, from fermentation to bottling. Guests will taste five different local beers, which will be paired with three different dishes prepared by the chef of La Scuola. Guests will be provided with beer tasting notes and adapted recipes to take home.
