About this Event

Home and professional cooks alike often rely upon white and red wine to enhance the simplest of dishes, to deglaze a pan, or even just as an excuse to open a bottle while cooking! But what about beer? In this intoxicating class, we’ll cook what we normally would drink! The Chef of La Scuola will demonstrate the preparation of 3 difference dishes that incorporate beer in the cooking process. Dishes will be paired with complementary beers and Eataly’s head brewer, Fred Avila, will discuss the distinct nuances of each beer’s flavor. Class will be complete with adapted recipes and beer tasting notes to take home.
