Our Taps will all be Off Color

Off Color Brewing is the new brewery started by former Goose Island brewer John Laffler and former Two Brothers brewer Dave Bleitner. The modus operandi of was to focus on brewing forgotten styles of beer, particularly those made in Germany before Reinheitsgebot (i.e. the Bavarian Purity Law) was proclaimed in the late 15th century, effectively condemning myriad styles of beer not made solely with barley, water and hops. It took us a long time to collect enough kegs to make this happen so this is one tap take over you surely don’t want to miss.
