Interactive art collectives SomethingDifferent and WeAreRawProcess (WARP) have teamed up to present Kaleidoscopic, a midsummer mini-festival and art party set to launch Saturday, August 23rd from 6PM to 4AM.
Hosted at Lot 45, just steps from the L train, Something Different and WARP have cooked up a smorgasbord of live acts including Mattie Safer (formerly The Rapture), a performance by Wild Torus, and DJs Max August, Mykola Smith, Fenbred, and Chakana with more to be announced.
Other festivities include a craft beer tasting by Sierra Nevada Brewing Company from 6PM to 9PM, live canvas and body painting, interactive projection art, and free paint brushes with every pre-sold ticket for guests to join in. To top off the evening, streetwear apparel brand EmnyntCity is raffling off a goodie bag chock-full of their New York City inspired tees, caps and accessories. $25 UBER promo codes will be announced on day of event for transportation to and from Lot 45.
