Food & Flight Night with The Fat Shallot food truck

Every Wednesday, Beermiscuous partners with a restaurant, chef or food truck for a unique Food & Flight Night. Patrons pick from a curated food menu and pair their meal with a selection from Beermiscuous’ 300+ beer options. Patrons can opt to create a flight of four, 4 oz. drafts from the bar’s 12 tap handles to experience a variety of craft beers. Food and beer orders are placed directly with the Beermiscuous beerista at the counter.

Recognized by Thrillist as one of the “21 Best Food Trucks in America,” The Fat Shallot’s husband and wife team of Sam Barron and Sarah Weitz bring their delicious, made-to-order sandwiches to Beermiscuous on September 24.

Beermiscuous will recommend beer pairings for sandwich options that include Grilled Cheese (muenster cheese melted between slices of sourdough with sautéed spinach and caramelized onions) and Buffalo Chicken (fried chicken strips on a challah bun with blue cheese sauce and a celery salad). Rosemary, Spicy Sesame and Truffle fries will be available as sides.
