Held bi-monthly, Open Mic/Ro Night is a fun, interactive event for homebrewers who want to showcase their creations and for beer geeks who enjoy being the first to try new beers.
Following an Open Mic format, five homebrewers will present their personal background, their beer and their brewing process to the audience, then evaluators will ask questions and learn how to provide feedback utilizing special evaluation forms.
Homebrewers interested in presenting their beer can sign up at tinyurl.com/openmicrodec2014. Any beer aficionados with a willingness to provide honest feedback are welcome to attend as evaluators.
