Joe Fish, Mediterranean-inspired seafood restaurant in River North, hosts a beer dinner in conjunction with Lagunitas Brewing Company that pairs a different craft brew with each course of the beer-focused meal. Lagunitas Brewing has expanded operations to the Chicago area, and Chef Joe Farina has created a five course beer-centric meal that is expertly paired with five of their renowned craft beers.
