Welcome back to one of the best breweries out there in Founders Brewery from Grand Rapids Michigan. We had such a great time last event that we couldn’t help but do it again. This time bigger, better, and maybe slightly drunker. There are two options for this dinner. Each option comes with the 7, yes 7, course meal paired with some of the highest rated beers in the world. There are two price points. $85 means you will be eating a a traditional table and $75 means you will be at a lounge table. Here is the menu and the beers that will be paired with:
1st course- Double Trouble
*Goat Cheese and Chive Terrine, Pullman Toast, Ruby Red Grapefruit Relish, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Nasturtium
2nd course- Red’s Rye PA
*Jonah (sweet Maine crab) Crab Cake, Tomato Chutney, Cumin Citrus Fluid Gel, Micro Basil
3rd course- The Better Half
*Cold Smoked Arctic Char, Musk Melon Ribbons, Myer Lemon Olive Oil, Peppered Crostini
4th course- Dirty Bastard
*Cherry Wood Smoked Cornish Game Hen, Sweet Potato Croquette, Mulberry Jus, Fried Sage
5th course- Kentucky Breakfast Stout
*Coffee and Chili Rubbed Pulled Pork in Mole, Masa Cake, Cotija Cheese, Fresh Lime, Cilantro
6th course- Cerise
*"Gonzo Cake" Blueberry Cake, Raspberry Cream Cheese, Myer Lemon Fluid Gel, Candied Macadamia Nuts
7th course- Imperial Stout
*Chocolate Stout Mousse, Vermont Pure Maple Tuille, Confit Italian Cherries
