Every Thursday, Jimmy Carbone will tap a special keg/cask beer at 5 p.m. While supplies last! This week, it’s Kissmeyer Stockhom Syndrome DIPA, from Charlottenlund, Denmark. Heavily hopped with 50 % US and 50 % New Zealand hops, for a dry, clean and intensely fruity double IPA, this brew offers an explosion of citrus, passion fruit, peach and apricot flavors, which wraps the intense hop bitterness in a highly seductive way.
