Uinta Brewing Co. is gonna pair their beer with our food. Hosted by the craft beer warlord himself, John Freyer, this event will be thirst quenching! It will be palate pleasing! Could very well be educational. Either way it’ll be a damn good time!
This is a very casual event. Rather than do a huge, full-on dinner we’ve decided to keep it a bit more relaxed. There will be 9 different Uinta brews to enjoy. 6 of those will come with their own “snack” pairing. Some of those beers will also be one of the key ingredients used in preparing their paired snack! Don’t worry. We’re keeping it light, but there will be plenty of snacks to go around. You won’t leave hungry if you don’t want to!
