On Friday September 21st beginning at 3pm Local Option will be hosting The Fuckin’ Catalina Wine Mixer. The event’s draft list will feature rare and highly sought beers from Hair of the Dog / De Proef (Oregon/Belgium), Struise (Belgium), Loverbeer (Italy), Boulevard Brewing (Kansas City), Freigeist Bierkultur (Germany) in addition to new releases from St. Bernardus (Belgium), Pipeworks Brewing (Chicago), Three Floyds (Indiana) and Local Option Bierwerker (Crook County).

In addition to having the privilege of eating from the most metal salad bar on earth attendees will be able to enter into a guitar shred-off in which each participant is allotted up to 30 seconds to perform the sickest solo possible. The winner – to be determined by audience response – will receive a Shiner Epiphone Flying V Guitar. Helicopters will be available for the non-musically inclined.
