Downingtown, PA comes to NYC when Victory Brewing Company Brewmaster Bill Covaleski brings some of his amazing craft beers to Colicchio & Sons to pair with a delicious five-course menu created by Executive Chef James Tracey and Pastry Chef Stephen Collucci. This will be a one-of-a-kind experience that we look forward to sharing with you.
1st Course:
Gazpacho with Wellfleet Oyster
Paired with Victory Donnybrook Irish Stout
2nd Course:
Swordfish with Yukon Gold Potatoes, Fairytale Eggplant and Tomato
Paired with Victory Braumeister Pils, a single-hopped, unfiltered Pilsner brewed in the Keller Style
3rd Course:
Roasted Beef Sirloin with Smoked Tomato, Tomato Jam and Bok Choy
Paired with Victory Scarlet Fire Rauchbier, a smoked amber lager
4th Course:
Pyrenees Brebis served with a fig tart
