Swordfish with Yukon Gold Potatoes, Fairytale Eggplant and Tomato
Paired with Victory Braumeister Pils, a single-hopped, unfiltered Pilsner brewed in the Keller Style
3rd Course:
Roasted Beef Sirloin with Smoked Tomato, Tomato Jam and Bok Choy
Paired with Victory Scarlet Fire Rauchbier, a smoked amber lager
4th Course:
Pyrenees Brebis served with a fig tart
