Brian O’Reilly of Sly Fox Brewery will introduce us to the wide world of hops, one varietal at a time. He’ll be sampling a series of his experimental beers – the Sly Fox Hop Project – each brewed with a single hop variety. Maggie will demonstrate methods of hop additions during the boiling phase of the brewing process.
