The six trappist monasteries in Belgium and one in the Netherlands have been making beautiful, quality beer for hundreds of years. Chimay is arguably the most well-known. Our friends will be here this Friday, September 2nd, pouring the Red, White, and Blue – AKA the Premiere (dubbel), Cinq Cents (trippel), and Grande Reserve (quadrupel), respectively. Show them some respect and come on in and sample some of the finest brew Europe has to offer.
