Civilization of Beer to Host First Ever Beer Dinners
at Restaurant Daniel in New York City

In celebration of Chef Daniel Boulud’s new restaurant opening this spring bouludon the Bowery, Civilization of Beer will be hosting the first ever beer pairing dinners at Restaurant Daniel in New York on January 27th and 28th.

Daniel is one of the top rated restaurants in New York and I consider these dinners to be a great milestone on our quest to return beer to its proper place at the American table.

The dinners are sponsored by Kasteel Cru lager of France and will feature a cocktail hour with Kasteel Cru and Kasteel Cru cocktails, followed by a four course menu paired with other fine beers from the France, the US and abroad.

There will be a different beer line up each night, so feel free to reserve for both nights.
