Allagash Brewing Company’s Rob Tod will lead us in a tasting that highlights the way that different yeast profiles contribute to beer’s variety of styles and flavors. We’ll consider different yeast strains including wild yeasts, and the impact of mixing of multiple yeast strains. NYC beer professional Maggie Fuller will demonstrate the bottling stage of the brewing process, including a discussion of bottle conditioning.
