Each course will be paired with New Belgium’s most popular beers, including its most famous, Fat Tire, to create the ultimate beer and food pairing experience. Guest speaker Greg Sadowski from New Belgium will share the company’s insight into the world of brewing delicious beers with loads of character and aspiring ingredients.
