NY State Beer & Cheese Pairing Sail at Chelsea Piers - Pier 62

Join us for our NY State Beer and Cheese Pairing Sail formerly known as the Art of Beer and Cheese Pairing event, which will be an adventurous 2-hour event aboard one of our classic pilot schooners, either the Adirondack or the Imagine!! As you sail aboard one of these beautiful vessels through New York Harbor you will be educated about 3 different beers paired with 3 New York State Cheeses!
This 2 hour event includes:

• A beer education from Ian Phillips, beer ambassador from the Chelsea Brewing Company, Manhattan’s largest microbrewery

• A 2-hour sail aboard a classic schooner sailboat

• Three custom-made Chelsea Brewing Company brews, as they are expertly paired with three specially chosen New York State cheeses to match.

• Exquisite views from the Hudson River and New York Harbor

Some of the sites you’ll see along along the way will include the New York City skyline, Battery Park, Ellis Island, and the Statue of Liberty.

Sit back and relax as our crew serves you and you take in the views of Manhattan while engaging in Ian Phillip’s beer and cheese pairing.
