This intensive program covers the beer knowledge most crucial to creating and maintaining diverse and profitable beer programs at the retail level. Subjects covered are beer ingredients, styles, brewing process, proper storage and service, flavor and evaluation, food and beer pairing and more.

The seminars will take place Mondays 3/29 & 4/5 at Jimmy’s 43 in Manhattan from Noon- 5 PM. Seating is limited and open to beverage industry professionals with 2+ years experience dealing with beer.
