Show some Brooklyn Pride as Red Hook’s very own Sixpoint Craft Ales comes to Chelsea for a beer dinner hosted by Head Brewer Ian McConnell and Colicchio & Sons Executive Chef James Tracey. Ian will be pouring some never-released beers to pair with original menu items featuring ingredients from local markets. We hope you can join us for this unique culinary experience.
1st Course:
Hawaiian Blue Prawns served in with pickled watermelon rind and local cucumbers
Paired with Sixpoint Mad Scientist #5, a Belgian-style Golden Ale brewed with Shiso
2nd Course:
Hudson Valley Rabbit with local nettles and baby leaks
Paired with Sixpoint Autumn Nation Fall Seasonal, a wet-hopped ale brewed with pumpkin and ginger root
3rd Course:
Roasted and Braised Duroc Pork with braised local romano beans and hen of the woods
Paired with Sixpoint Signal, a smoked Amber Ale
4th Course:
Abbaye de Tamié served with a fig tart
Served with Sixpoint Dry-Hopped IPA
5th Course:
Pear Tatin served with Ice Cream made with Sixpoint Ale
Paired with a yet to be released Sixpoint Enterprise Pilot Beer
