Speakeasy at Draft Barn

Thursday March 25th- Speakeasy will have 10 lines up at the Draft Barn in Park Slope. Below is a description of each beer offered.

1- White Lightning – abv 5.2%- Golden in color with a fizzy head this filtered white has orange coriander spiciness without free floating yeast or unmalted wheat.

2- Prohibition Ale- abv 6.1%- a boldly hopped ale that strikes a perfect balance between caramel maltiness and agressive hopping.

3- Untouchable Pale Ale- abv 5.5%- An American pale ale that enforces a strict balance of arresting hop flavor and smooth maltiness

4- Big Daddy I.P.A.- abv 6.5%- This IPA tips the scales with a huge hop flavor and a clean, dry finish.

5- Winter Spice- abv 6.5%- an exceptionally aromatic and malty Brown Ale that we infused with our favorite holiday spices – Allspice, Clove and Ginger.

6- Payback Porter- abv 7.5%- American hops provide a smooth distraction for Payback Porter’s robust strength, which is concealed within the shadows of dark imported malts.

7- Scarface Stout- abv 10.5%- An American Double/Imperial stout with notes of chocolate, coffee, and roasted malt with a mild smokiness.

8-Midnight Run- abv 8.5%- Midnight Run, our Twelfth Anniversary beer, is an I.B.A., or an India Black Ale. Lots of hops play off a lean malt body finished with clean black malt flavors.

9- Double Daddy IPA- abv 9.5%- Doubling down on malt & hops, DOUBLE DADDY raises the stakes. With it’s good looks & No-Limit style,DD takes the pot every time.

10- Brewer’s Reserve Old Godfather Barley Wine- abv 13.3%- This special release is a blend of three batches that we brewed to higher-than-normal gravities resulting in a beer of almost 13.8% abv.
