Silk City has a great beer garden in the summer. Would be a great addition.
Smith’s in Rittenhouse.
Kite and Key in Fairmount.
The new Iron Abbey in Horsham.
Great beer selection on tap and in bottles, plus a great place to watch soccer matches!
the pourhouse in westmont nj is awesome. hitachino ginger just tapped running side by side with green flash and six point brownstone
I just created Ron’s Original Bar & Grille in Exton, PA but I have no clue on pricing and ounce sizes of their drafts.
Also right down the road is America Bar & Grill (http://americabargrill.com/)
Rembrandt’s in the art museum area is getting a lot of buzz about their rotating taps. And I here people of memphis tap room and local 44 are opening up Yellow bar soon.
sidecar bar in g-ho!
i was really searching for anybody who’s got a pumpkin ale on tap right now in olde city, but didn’t have any luck… sidecar’s got the saranac, but i won’t be in g-ho. can anybody help me out by tomorrow night?
love this site guys. it’s definitely helped me find some Pliny the Elder here in the philly!
please make sure to add two solid beer bars to the south jersey section. i’d avoid iron hill as it’s a chainlet but Blue Monkey Ale House in Merchantville, NJ (24 taps) and The Pour House in Westmont, NJ (18 taps, 60+ bottles) are two musts. They are both no more than 15 minutes from Center City and people should do some adventuring on the Jersey side too.

Pour House in South Jersey should be added as well. Here’s a link

Standard Tap in Northern Liberties.
Also a great restaurant, practically single-handedly ushered in the (continuin) revival of the entire neighborhood (also known for only serving draft brewed within a certain distance from Center City Philadelphia).
