Spirit Description
Samaroli started off in 1968 as an independent bottler of Scotch whisky (the first non-Scot ever to be allowed to do so) and later began bottling rums as well. Over the years his offerings have attained a cult-like status. Distilled in Fiji, then aged and bottled in the cool climate of Scotland, this is like no rum you’ve ever tasted. It’s incredibly complex, savory and on a level with a fine old Cognac or Scotch. A wild, sweet/savory mix of petrol, olive oil, leather, musk, and vanilla with a mélange of spices. Absolutely sublime rum for the serious connoisseur.
