Sisters Sèverine and Melanie, now the 3rd generation to manage these organic vineyards in Lirac and Tavel, operate with a philosophy deeply rooted in the human connection to the land and the vines that grow on them. With the values of preserving their heritage, all aspects of winemaking are carefully tended to with patience and listening attentively to the land to produce wines that express their terroir in the purest and simplest form.
