Wine Description
Deep and intense from nose to mouth the “TERNUS” is a brilliant purple hue edged in red. Comprised of 34% Nebbiolo, 33% Dolcetto, and 33% Barbara, the nose is warm with cedar, baked spices, and truffles. The full and juicy palate showcases red berries, black fruits, and dried violets with nuances of dried cooking herbs. Finishing long and rich with warm woodsy notes, jammy dark fruits, and pops of clean minerality this blend is juicy and pleasant even with its persistent intensity. Enjoy on its own or pair with rich hearty dishes such as stews, braised fare, grilled, and roasted dishes.
