Beer Description
Dunkelwolf if the dark verson of our classic Hefeweizen, Heffenwolf. Brewed the original way we preform a triple decoction mash in order to extract rich caramelized undertones, a smoother mouthfeel, and a well defined malt sweetness. Hefeweizen lovers will still appreciate the banana and clove base for this brew, but will welcome the change into the fall season with the depth of flavors the Dunkelweizen has to offer.
