Beer Description
Replicale is a recipe brewed by members of the Illinois Brewers Guild once a year based on target parameters and choice of applicable yeast. This year’s recipe was an “Illinois Saison” with the variable being any fruit, spice, or dry hop of the individual brewers’ choosing. We chose to dry hop ours with 2 new hop varieties from Germany, “Mandarina Bavaria” and “Hull Melon”. This beer is light, dry, and refreshing with subtle citrus notes.
