During Medieval times, “The Shadow of the Sun” was how European Alchemists defined the Crow. It was their symbol for the blackness of despair and chaos.
We see the Crow as a Life Force so powerful it can actually live off Death itself. After all, it’s not Death if you refuse it…
Tasting Notes
Appearance: Amber to Ruby Red body, with fluffy beige head. Sticky lacing.
Smell: Maltiness dominates followed by breadiness, and then citrus and tropical notes.
Taste: Slightly sweet with a spicy bite. Resinous bittering to compliment the generous malt body.
Mouthfeel: Semi-cloying sweetness with a snappy alcohol bite and citrusy bitter finish.
