Beer Description
Pechish Woods is a sour wheat beer, wildly fermented in a 1000 gallon oak tank inherited from our sister company, Nantucket Vineyard. This beer is aged for 18 months with locally sourced whole peaches, lactobacillus, and brettanomyces.
