Beer Description
collaboration Farmhouse Lager we did with Sebastian from Freigeist. It is a 5% abv beer, traditionally step-mashed and crafted with 10% wheat malt. We hopped it with Perle and Hersbrucker, open-fermented it with a blend of Saison yeast and classic Lager yeast, then lagered the brew for 6 weeks.
