Beer Description
Our newest hoppy sour release is a blend of sour blonde ale aged in wine barrels and a farmhouse ale fermented in foedres with four strains of brettanomyces. The result is a complex base of stone fruit, oak, and earthy funk to complement the fruity punch of Equinox hops. Equinox contributes aroma of lemon, lime, papaya, and apple to the party.
Enjoy this hoppy release fresh for maximum aroma. Pair with breakfast burritos, summer salads with stone fruit and toasted almonds, or grilled pork chops.
