Wine Description
Our Chardonnay plot sits up at 1,100 feet where temperatures drop 40ΒΊ each night. This enables a longer maturation period during which a crisp acidity develops and balances the fullness of flavor. Whole cluster pressed and fermented in stainless steel, our Chardonnay is fruit forward with a beautiful bouquet of apple, pear and peach. Our crisp Chardonnay has remarkable natural acidity and a deliciously long mineral finish.
