Beer Description
A traditional weizenbock is transformed into Ryes-N-Bok with the conversion of wheat malt to rye, and a heavy-handed dose of whole-flower Perle hops imported from Germany. It’s like viewing the metamorphosis of a caterpillar, basically, except one can drink our butterfly and enjoy its prolonged maltiness, recognizable banana esters, and hoppy kick.
