Never say that a double IPA doesn’t need more Mosaic hop flavor, bolstered with Equinox and Motueka for aromas of mango, citrus, blueberry and papaya.
Never say you won’t brew an IPA. Never say IPA has to be crystal clear. Never resist the allure of an over the top dry-hop and no filtration for maximum flavor and aroma. Never say one style of beer is enough, or that there is only one way to make an IPA. Never say never.
