Beer Description

This Kettle Sour beer is made with the addition of lactobacillus to the wort in the kettle and held for 24 hours so the Lacto could do its thing! It produces a refreshing lactic acidity, which works beautifully with the lighter-bodied, lower alcohol wheat beer base.
