Beer Description
One of the two beers brewed specifically for the MSU vs UofM game. This beer was inspired by the UofM colors, Blue and Maize. We took our cream ale, which we brew with flaked maize, and aged it on a light amount of blueberries. Just a touch of blueberries is enough so that the fruit doesn’t overpower the beer, but just adds a refreshing complement.
