Beer Description
Crazy Talk is a brett fermented, foudre aged (3 months) version of Real Talk. We thought it would be fun to brew the same beer twice with Kent Falls: Real Talk, the clean version, and Crazy Talk, the brett version, to see just how different the same beer can be based on fermentation characteristics. This beer was hopped with Galaxy, Simcoe, Centennial, and Vic Secret hops just like Real Talk but was fermented with 2 different brettanomyces strains and aged in one of our French oak foudre.
