Pineapple juice added to secondary fermentation and dry hopped with Hallertau Blanc. Subtle aroma of pineapple, quite tart and super refreshing.
American Sour Blonde Ale with Pineapple. Kettle soured, pre boil, with wild yeast and lactobacillus cultured from raw grain, then fermented with our house ale yeast. Keep an eye out for this beer in limited release 22 oz bomber bottles!
