Beer Description
Wild Meadow is a barrel-aged version of our Amber Saison.
Aged in wine barrels (the same barrels as Saison Je’ Peach) with brettanomyces and lactobacillus for 6 months. Wild Meadow emerges tart and dry with notes of fruit spice, oak and funkiness.
