Beer Description
When a Rushing Duck crew member goes full-time, they get to develop and brew a recipe. Josh, our Brand and Tasting Room Manager, went full-time recently and this is his beer. Itβs a Braggot Ale with vanilla beans and cacao nibs. Light and relatively dry, it starts off with mead-like notes of wildflower honey, followed by vanilla, and rounding off with a light, chocolate-like roastiness.
