Ginger Bigfoot starts out as Bigfoot barleywine that is then aged in Whiskey barrels with fresh ginger
This is an outstanding spiced BBA American barleywine! All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of ginger, citrus/pine hops, dark/bready malt, and bourbon barrel flavors; very smooth and easy to sip on for the big ABV. The barrel definitely smoothed out the hops and bitterness.
