Beer Description
While Sour Beers aren’t for everyone, this is one different sour recipe. This brew is based with NYS Pale, Pilsner and White Wheat Malt then hopped with a light amount of Hallertauer Hops. The real fruitiness comes from a massive 24lbs of peach puree. The beers intentionally acidic, tart or sour taste comes from its kettle sour brew process and extra fermentation time. If you like effervescent fruit sours, this beers for you.
