A blend of Pilsner, Wheat, Vienna, Biscuit and Amber malts come together to form a great malt base that is backed by Hallertau Gold and Hallertau Blanc hops. Our house Saison yeast leaves a dry finish on the palate while the aromatic hop character lend a touch of white wine and citrus.
