Beer Description
This beer embodies a continental drift from traditional, European-style pilsners to one with a modern, American twist.
An expression of both our breweries, we started with a classic German Pils recipe, mimicked the soft, Georgia water profile, and combined our house lager yeasts that play beautifully among a delicate balance of Mosaic & Saphir hops.
