Beer Description
Ridiculoid is a Crushable Citrus IPA, brewed with Pilsner malt, as well as raw and malted wheat. Lightly acidified with lemon juice in the kettle, and fermented with a blend of a Kölsch type yeast and a classic American ale yeast. Intensely dry hopped with Galaxy, Crystal, Cascade, and Amarillo. Notes of limeade, kiwi, tropical musk, fresh cut grass, and mandarin zest
